I have a skull base tumor in my cerebellum and have been looking for a specialist...these names came from internet research. I was hoping to find someone who knows of these doctors personally...other names would be appreciated too. I will travel anywhere in the US to find a specialist in cerebellum tumors.
Thank you!

drawing3d, I am very sorry about your brain cancer. I truly understand your desire to identify the best possible neurosurgeon; surgery in the cerebellum is not as easy the surgery for the frontal lobe.

I used to work in the Houston Medical Center at a neighboring hospital to MD Anderson so I have heard about Dr. Franco DeMonte. I cannot tell you whether or not he is a good surgeon because I really do not know him but just that fact that I have heard of him means that he is one of the best. I would call MD Anderson or have my doctor call them to identify a neurosurgeon there. MD Anderson is a leading world famous Cancer Hospital.

You are in my thoughts and prayers.
