i am 4 years cancer free as of this month. cerical cancer, stage 2. i had radioactive implants, chemo and radation therapy. i have changed my life around for the better. i have one big missing piece. intimacy with my wonderful husband of 20 years. i feel greatful to be cancer free, but also i feel lost and empy. i have been keeping my self so busy working 2 jobs. my husband just qiuck smoking and is stressed alittle. he really needs me. i feel like i am letting him down. i am going to go see to a doctor to talk about it. i need to do something before its to late. i really love him very much and he loves me so i have to believe in myself. that there is other people out there like me somewhat. i must reach out to others which i havent in a long time.
any advise would be helpful.

beatlesfreak61, I am glad that you are going to see a doctor about your intimacy issues with your husband. My hunch is that he/she will suggest that you seek either individual or better yet couples counseling from a therapist. It does sound like you can use some help in sorting out all of the factors that could be affecting your relationship with your husband.

I am not sure what "cerical cancer" is... I assume you meant Cervical Cancer? If so, I can move this topic to the correct forum.

You are in my thoughts and prayers.
