First I do not want to sound like a hypocondriact but I need to ask some ?'s before I go to the doctors again I am terrified

Ok so about 2 years ago I was feeling really bad after I had my daughter she is 2 and a half now so I went to the doctors they took a boat load of labs and sent me home....
A few days later I got a call as I was in the park playing with my then 4 months old baby girl and the doctor said you need to come in now you are at high risk we do no want you out running about get in here now. Then he mentioned cancer and so forth.
I went to the doctors they sent me for a CT of my abdomin because they felt my spleen was enlarged. As it showed in the CT, as a matter of fact it was 4 times larger then normal.
I then made an appt for an oncologist.
He seemed pretty what is the word i am looking for not concerned but my family doctor seemed crazy about how the lab work came back.
Ok now remember this was 2 years ago.
Over the past 2 years I have had pnemonia 3 times and lost about 60 pounds I am 5'10 and weigh 150 with large bone structure. Yes I eat. I am constantly tired. The last bout of pnemonia was 2 months ago. My white blood cells were down to 1500 and everything else was excessively low as well!
My ? is should I go to see a specialist again?
What kind an oncologist? The last one just seemed to blow me off.
I would see a different one.
This terrifies me I have lost 10 pounds in 1 week then every weekend i weigh myself again and i lose close to 5 pounds. I can not gain weight or keep it on. I feel bad run down and have pain in my spleen again!
I am sorry to go along like this I am just young. I figure you all will say yes see the doc but I wonder if these are even symptoms of CA. I am losing my mind as the days go on.
Any suggestion are greatly appreciated!

I should add that i have extreme body pain alllll the time.
In my lower leg bones constantly. The bruising is massive up and down my body from the slighest touch or bump. It looks just BAD!

Dear Ashley

I was very sad to read about your fear & concern over your health decline! I am sorry you have been dealing with this on your own it seems to me.

Have you seen a Dr in recent times? I suggest you go back to your general practitioner & get checked out ASAP. They can then refer you to a specialist. I have no idea what the problem could be but do know you should go to your Dr & discuss these issues?
