OMG I am ready to beat my two older brothers with a wet noodle. LOL

Tonight I went out with my best friend. If it were not for my best friend, I would be going out of my mind.

My older brother and his wife stopped by. I made the comment about going out and he starts giving me the third degree about it. I am thinking to myself... I am 44.... When did you become my father???

Later while I was out, I was out with my friend and my next to the oldest brother calls. He immediately asked where I was and how long have I been gone. I told him. He was like I didn't know Mom and Dad were going to be alone tonight. He didn't bother to call and tell me that he was not going to be home right after work. My parents do not need to be watched 24/7. And besides, if something happened to them, the only thing I could do would to be call 911. I don't drive.

Seriously, I am going to have to sit down with them to have a chat. THis is getting ridiculous. They have complained about the volunteers. I refuse to be held prisoner in my own home. Tonight I am going to the KC Royals with some friends. They insisted that I go. I can't wait... My friends and I have a blast when we are together! My brothers don't watch out for me.... It's my friends that do.

Kristi,

Sorry to hear that the sibling saga continues. You're doing fine and have a right to live a life. Thank goodness for friends! I think the same thing for myself, because my own family hasn't been real supportive of me since I lost my husband.

You deserve a life and your sibs need to step up to the plate, but I'm sure I've said that all to you before. Wink

Take care,
PBJ

Hi PBJ,
I went out again tonight. My friends and I went out to eat and to a baseball game. I had no calls. Very Happy I must have a talk with the silly boys. Smile
