Hi,i am a 20 year old male here.In January, i started experiencing lower stomach pain that slowly decreased and eventually stopped in May.However,since 3 days ago,the pain has started again and started with constipation. I went to the doctor and he gave me some medicine to relax the stomach medicine and to help with the constipation.

But i am worried as i have never had constipation before and this morning,my stool was as thin as a pen and i have read that that is not a good sign at all.But i have no other symptoms of colon cancer like weight loss,blood in stools,fatigue etc.

Basically the pain is like as if there is lots of gas in my lower stomach area and when the pain starts,it feels like i need to pass gas ( at times when the pain comes i do ) and that i need to pass motion.The lower back area has also felt heavy.Another thing is the pain is not felt when i am sitting down but only when i walk,run,sneeze,laugh etc.Also its at my belly the pain,i tried pressing my belly and the pain came back but stopped after i passed gas.Finally,it tends to get better if i pass motion.

Does anyone have any idea what it can be? Anything dangerous? Im scared out here.

It does not sound like cancer but there are a lot of things that could cause this fluctuation between constipation and diarrhea. Continue to work with your own medical team to try to identify the cause.

In the mean time, try to reduce the amount of milk products you use.
