Possible cancer?

Well, possibly 2 months ago I was running and I snagged a testicle slap between my legs, and I felt really sick. Since then, every 1-week on average I would get atleast a pain that will come twice a day during the once week. It would last for any where up to 20 minutes and go away.

Latly, the last 2-3 days I have noticed the pain is becoming more noticable - 2-3 days for atleast 10hrs I would feel pain, but not enough to make me not do anything. Now today, the pain is actually worse and it is feeling more like a cramp.

I really don't feel like going to the docs, I think i'd rather die to be honoust. I think i'll pass on having a doc look at my stuff - or stick stuff up my rectum.

Also, this isn't the only problem. I noticed a while back, but hasn't done it for a month now i'm guessing, when I do number second I noticed either one or the other: a bit of blood in the toilet bowl, or a little bit of blood on the toilet paper.

My uncle recently, about 2 months ago went to the docs to get a checkup and he was told that everyone has cancer, but it isn't called cancer until it gets bigger or something along those lines?

I have no known cancer history myself or my relatives dead or alive. Apart from my uncle.

I am a 20 y,o male.

edit: Also, the pain is coming from above my penis.
