Hey, I know I haven't posted in a while, but things have been very hectic here. My Dad's one tumor grew, the other 3 stayed the same. Have you heard of the new chemo Alimta? The doctor put my Dad on this tonight, he has to take it every 3 weeks, along with folic acid and a shot of B12. The gemcitabine and carboplatin just didn't help.

I have heard of Alimta, but don't know anything about it. I hope it works for your Dad.

Hi Mike, not sure what's going on, but I responded to this and now see it's not here. Also, your post never made it to my email. Anyway so far my Dad is feeling pretty good, a bit tired the day after chemo, but then alright again.
