WHAT CANCER CANNOT DO and Feeling Inadequate

While searching the web this morning for information I chanced across these two poems which I just wanted to share with all you folks who are fighting the cancer battle as my husband and I are doing.

b]Feeling Inadequate[/b]
Restless oh so restless, in the middle of the night,
I reach over for my diary once again, in which I write
My feelings, hopes frustrations, my ups and downs, my fears
That perhaps I am not coping, understanding's not quite clear.
Of what is needed from me, to help him through this time
Of horrible uncertainty, we've mountains yet to climb.
I've kept results and records, of treatments, tests, no less
And keeping up this journal, I find helps relieve the stress.
So now another entry's duly written down to keep
I'll replace my three year diary, and settle down to sleep.

[b]WHAT CANCER CANNOT DO [/b]
Cancer is so limited.......
It cannot cripple love,
It cannot cripple faith,
It cannot eat away peace,
It cannot destroy confidence,
It cannot kill friendship,
It cannot shut out memories,
It cannot silence courage,
It cannot invade the soul,
It cannot reduce eternal live,
It cannot quence the spirit,
It cannot lessen the power of resurrection.
