Question shes had the colostomy over a year now ,but cannot find any information about how often the rectum needs to expel and what is the normal look? she said at first it was a beige sometime blood streaked sometimes darker and its not alot (I believe there is only several inches of her rectum that wasnt removed still functionalble tho. anyone have any answers I can relay to her? and if no-one knows which one of her doctors should she be asking? her familly doctor? her surgeon? her radiologist? her new liver surgeon? her oncologist? her gastroentrologist(which only did a colonoscopy and doesnt really know anything eles)? all I know is shes not going to ask her allergist! Id appreciate if anyone can get me any info on this...thanx sheila Question
